These Terms govern access to and use of Cemal Yildirim Content, a web-based content preparation, preview and publishing service.
Purpose of the service
The service assists an authorized user in preparing, reviewing, managing and submitting professional legal information content to TikTok through authorized TikTok services.
User authorization
The user must connect a TikTok account through TikTok's authorization flow and may use only accounts and content for which the user has the necessary rights and authority.
User control over publishing
The current publishing flow displays content and publishing settings before submission. Selecting the publish action constitutes the user's explicit instruction to transmit that content to the connected TikTok account.
Content responsibility
The user remains responsible for the legality, accuracy, rights, professional obligations and platform compliance of content submitted through the service.
Third-party platform
TikTok is a third-party platform. Availability, review, visibility and processing of submitted content may depend on TikTok's systems, rules and account status. Cemal Yildirim Content is not operated by TikTok.
Availability
The service may be modified, suspended or updated for maintenance, security, compliance or technical reasons.
